We have had it almost a week and we love it. We give it 5 out of 5 in all catagories.

I have been bringing my 2006 Pilot to Honda of the Desert for about 5 years now. I had taken the car to a couple of other places but when I met Martin Velasquez I knew I would not be taking the car anywhere else for service. Your team of Martin, Jose, Marcos, and of course the talented mechanics, is something special. As someone who doesn't know much about cars, (and whose husband is too busy to take care of them), knowing I can bring my Pilot to Martin and the guys gives me a great deal of peace of mind. I trust your team to take care of what needs to be taken care of and never have I felt they were taking advantage of me. I also see how they treat every person who walks in the door - with friendliness, respect, and a genuine attitude that says, "I'm going to get this fixed for you as soon as possible, and for a fair price." I hope you appreciate these employees because I believe they are a big reason why people bring their cars to Honda of the Desert. I know I will be a customer for a long time.

Recently, I called Marcos with some repair concerns on my daughters 02 Accord EX (203,000 miles) and explained the problems. Unlike the difficulty I had with two other repair shops (one who I have used for 8 years), Marcos was able prepare me for the possible repairs and expense for the Accord. Delivering the car in one afternoon we picked it up the following day just after noon with both the valves and AC concerns repaired, and within estimated charges. Also, I am grateful to the mechanics on the repair line.
I have never used a dealership as I do Honda of the Desert, although parts may be a bit pricier than after market parts, they are genuine Honda parts. I am convinced that if it?s a Honda, go to Honda of the Desert.
