Long story short, management reached out to me and I was satisfied with the level of service they provided to rectify the situation. In the end, I ended up purchasing another certified pre-owned CRV. They delivered the vehicle directly to me and even gave me a small discount for my troubles, which I was appreciative of. I have been driving it the past year with no major issues. I would be willing to give them another chance should I consider purchasing another Honda in the future!

NOT a fan of the sales department at all. However- I have been going to the service department for about four years. While all the service advisors are great, Edwin G. is my go to. I am always confident that any issue I have will be resolved. The service department really does take good care of you, and your car. Even if just an oil change, they offer a competitive price with full inspection. It is good to know your car is in good hands with people you can trust. Two thumbs up.
