I brought my 2020 fit in for an oil change and some other repairs. The service advisor was professional and patient. The work was finished in a satisfactory manner and done within the time promised.
Jeremy at the service desk was extremely helpful and courteous as was the rest of the staff in helping me with pinpointing the problem and correcting it. I left feeling a solidifying of my faith in the dealership and would recommend them to anyone who has a Honda that needs service.

We were very pleased with our experience in buying a 2026 Civic Sport Hatchback Hybrid from Honda of the Desert. Brandon was very welcoming and earned my trust when he said he chose to work at HOTD because salespeople don’t work on commission. I love that! I was Brandon’s first customer to buy a car from him via the Costco program. I highly recommend the Costco program if you’re like me and hate haggling. Luis, the financial guy, explained options but neither he or Brandon tried to oversell. In sum, I highly recommend HOTD and Brandon.
I was looking for a new car and started at Honda of the Desert. Brandon Martinez, a salesman, came up to me to help. I had a great experience with Brandon. He was so helpful and knew what I was looking for right away! I never felt pressure only trying to get what I needed. Even after the sale, Brandon has been available to me. Honda has been servicing my 2016 Honda Civic (with over 100,000 mi now), for almost 10 years, and this is the only Honda I trust my baby with. The Honda staff, especially Martin, the Manager, are absolutely AMAZING. They are always busy but welcoming, dedicated, and still show up with a sense of humor and a smile.

The only thing is once again they forgot to turn off the tire light after they rotated the tires so I still have the tire light on and I'm going to go by and Sergio is going to turn it off next time. I'm in the area.
